The only caveats are as follows:

• Return shipping will be your responsibility.*
• In order to ensure the device is returned safe and sound, JOOVV requires that you use the original packaging with the industrial-grade foam protection.
• Lastly, after completing the online returns form on www.JOOVV.com, JOOVV will provide you with a return authorization number.
